from the shape, looks like fish but the serrations look shark like. Is all of it exposed or is some of it still embedded in the limestone?

I'm thinking maybe some of the blade is still in the rock giving it a fish tooth shape vice a Squalicorax type appearance.

Looks like Squalicorax that is not only partly buried in the rock, but partial as well.
