On Saterday March 9th 2019, the yearly international fossil show of Paleontica-Fossiel.net, the Paleobiologische Kring and the Werkgroep Fossielen Wageningen will be held again: the PaleoTime-NL International Fossil Show. At this show, fossils can be exchanged, sold and bought, there is also an identification stand by the Paleobiologische Kring and a varied program of lectures (in Dutch). This show is the largest paleontological event of the Netherlands! A gathering of fossil-enthusiasts. Entrance to this event is completely free! After 4 beautiful years at the ROVC in the town of Ede, PaleoTime-NL 2019 will take place at a new, larger and better location, at the Bouw & Infra Park in the city of Harderwijk.

The March Meeting of the North Coast Fossil Club will have two featured presentations. First will be Dinosaurs in Art - a Brief History presented by CMNH volunteer, Carl McNulty.
The second presenter will be Alec Zaborniak, from Ball State University, who will speak on The Great Lizards, the Megalosauridae.

It is almost time for this years M.A.P.S. (Mid America Paleontology Society) National Fossil Expo. It is always billed as the World's Largest Fossil Only Exhibition. The actual Expo takes place at the Sharpless Auctions Facility in Iowa City, Iowa, but there is also a Hotel show at the Clarion Hotel on Dodge St., also in Iowa City. If you have a chance to attend, you should stop by, though it is not as large as it use to be 20 years ago, it is always fun.
