    Thanks Jim. They sure are cute, these little ones. And the pyrite is holding up well despite the fact that they were found over 7 years ago.

    lucky, pyrite in my area turns into a white powder in a matter of days! Did you coat them with anything?

    A half/half mix of zapon laquer and acetone. That helps.
