    Comments

    Limestone steinkern. Practically complete. The original Type of this species has been lost and its placement within the taxonomy of the Glochiceratidae is still not certain. Some still refer to Creniceras as the genus and order it under the Oppeliidae, although many believe that even Creniceras renggeri should be ranked under Glochiceras. Yet another unsolved taxonomic riddle.
