The Martin Marietta Quarry In Belgrade NC is divided between Jones and Onslow Counties. It has deposits of the River Bend Formation, Oligocene; the Belgrade formation, late Oligocene/early Miocene. There are also shoots of the Haywood Landing member of the Belgrade formation, which are primarily invert and overlying Pleistocene layers.
