The Calvert Group of formations extends from Delaware down to Virginia. These fossils were found at the base of cliffs containing the Choptank, St Mary's and Eastover Formations. Everything was either collected off of the beach or from talus piles. Formations are noted where the fossils depicted are themselves index fossils or else index fossils were found in the same chunk of matrix in the talus pile.

Based on the enamel "shelf" on the labial side, I would have IDed this as a retroflexus. May I ask what features indicate desori?
