Hi,

Do you know if Coenholectypus is the new name of Holectypus genus ?

Coco,

I am just now seeing your question. I believe Holectypus is still valid for some species. I think the difference is that Coenholectypus has five small holes in the apical system. Holectypus has four. But I would go to the British Museum's Echinoid Directory to double check.

I am about to upload some new photos to my gallery.

Take care,

Erich
