Paleoworld-101

Name: Carcharodontosaurus Tooth

Age: 100 million years old

Locality: Kem Kem Region, Morocco, North Africa

Formation: Tegana Formation

Length: 3 and 1/32 inches long

Notes: Another pristine museum quality Carcharodontosaurus tooth from my collection. No repair or restoration and fantastic enamel. Very nice serrations. This tooth is my second best dinosaur tooth and a very rare example of a tooth from this giant African predator.

Another great tooth! I was able to secure a few nice Carcharodontosaurus teeth myself and will post when they are paid off (few months). Also by the way, very nice article you wrote "Buying Fossil Dinosaur Teeth- What You Should Know". I found it very helpful.
