Shauna's Bones

jpevahouse

A lady who lives in South Dakota near the Badlands National Park very carefully crawled on hands and knees picking up small fragments of fossil bone and carefully organizing them in specimen boxes. I was lucky to buy her collection of bones which included a white range of Oligocene mammal bones. This box is one sample of the care she took in preserving these finds.

Thanks, Shauna!
