Description: One of the few complete bones i found at Bouldnor (the majority are broken fragments). It is a right cuboid ankle bone from the anthracothere Bothriodon and was identified by Dr Jerry hooker from the Natural History Museum in London. Collected on my third day at Bouldnor (30/11/13).

Age: 28-30 million years old

Location: Bouldnor beach, Isle of Wight, UK
