The ones found in NJ are Xiphactinus vetus. X. audax has a more rounded cross-section.

Are all of the teeth vetus? Or is audax also in NJ?

Check out the two Xiphactinus in this thread. Are they audax?

I am confident those are both X. vetus. I heard all the Monmouth Co. ones are vetus. Audax might exist somewhere else in NJ, but I don't know.

I am pretty sure that audax exists in NJ. I need to do some more research though because I thought the one I had was audax not vetus.
