Actually your shell is Ecphora tricostata Martin, 1904 found in Lower Miocene Bed 10 Calvert Formation exposed at Bayfront Park. Notice that it has three ribs instead of four. E. gardnerae is found in the Upper Miocene St. Marys Formation.
