Cetacea (Brisson 1762)

Ludwigia

7cm. long. In the opinion of Boesse, this could be either a posterior lumbar or possibly an anterior caudal vertebra from either a dolphin or a small baleen whale. Thanks for the id help! Recieved on a trade with Seaforth. Found in the Miocene/Pliocene layers at Hoevenen, Antwerp, Belgium.
