The head of the gator is massive compared to its skeleton, do you know if it is real? It's very impressive if it is.

Yes, it's real. Crocodialians can have heads up to about a third of it's total body length. The skull is so bony and thick to support the massive jaw muscles. Their bites are amoung the strongest bites in the world.
