Beautiful tooth! Is it just me, or is there some slight pathology on this tooth (on the tip)?

It might just be the lighting casting weird shadows, but I think I see a kind of dent here...

You have good eyes ! Although its more a bulge but thats not visible on the picture. I am not sure what it is ....
