Devonian Age (~400 Million Years ago)
Pycnostylus Ecology: stationary intermediate-level epifaunal microcarnivore. The genus Pycnostylus differs from Amplexus only in the circumstance that it grows in colonies of compound and apparently fasciculated corallites.
