How do you tell if it's male or female?

I showed it to Ralph Johnson who explained the defining characteristics that determine gender in this species. I seem to recall that the body chamber is more robust, but there was one or two other characteristics I can't recall. He told me that females are very rare- maybe one in ten or less.
