This is a textbook example of dinosaur bone. Numerous Haversian systems/osteons are visible (which are the circular structures you see). They are actually cylindrical, but we are seeing a cross section here. Osteons are present in all cortical bone, but they are particularly impressive in dinosaurs. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haversian_canal

I took another look but couldn't tell. They probably do - hard to see them without a thin section.
