Eupatagus antillarum Cooke is the "official" Florida state invertebrate fossil. It is abundant is some locations, less common in others. The Late Eocene Ocala Group Limestone in which it occurs is exposed in Northcentral Florida.

Although (I think) I've hunted the Late Eocene Ocala Group Limestone, I've never found one of these.
