Found this on the beach one morning started looking up some birds in the area and haven't been able to find similar claw. Anyone know what kind of animal this guy belongs to?

A guy I traded with gave me this possible dinosaur claw. I'm trying determine if it's a dinosaur claw. He said he was snorkeling in hell creek and found it. It's about 5 inches give or take. It's heavy and It has a blood groove on one side which only dinosaur claws have and the other has grooves or grains of bone like look and feel. It resembles a dinosaur claw and the patina on it, brown like, would be the result of being underwater for a long time. Please some help here determining this is a dinosaur claw or something else. Really beefed up my collection this year: Amber: Spent a while with my trusty loupe combing through Chiapas amber sold by the gram and found a very uncommon flower petal. The seller took a moment to offer up a page on his phone about the healing properties of amber, and he gave me a polite nod and laugh when I said I'm more interested in the scientific properties. I like dead stuff. Big Claw: Always wanted a thick beefy claw! Labeled as a Carch claw from Kem Kem but after reading some of @Troodon's posts it could be a Spino or generic theropod. Really love the shape of this thing. Crab: Unfortunately about 20% of the crab's lil' butt was crushed sometime between purchasing and driving home. He's so delicate. There's a nice interior view of the underside of the carapace now, though. Any info about this guy would be appreciated! Skinny Theropod Claw: A little rough around the edges but I was really drawn to the curvature and sharpness of this one. Labeled as just "theropod" so I'm not sure if it's possible to tell what it's from. I can post more photos for identification.

Hi, new to this forum and looking for an expert eye, my parents have a rockery and as we live near the beach the majority of rocks are from the beach. One rock caught my eye and it seems to have fossil type feel, it looks like a Dinosaur claw/foot. Now it's either a fossil or I have been watching too many movies!! Any feedback will be appreciated. Hi all, would like to ask your opinions on these claws i purchased labelled as Pachycephalosaurus Foot claw (Juvenile) from Powder River Montana. Ive just seen some threads where some mistake Thesc claws with Pachy claws due to their similarities I guess. Just wanted to make sure or confirm the species of these little guys. Cheers!

From the album: Dinosaur Fossils collection
Assorted collection of dinosaur teeth and claws from North America (upper shelf) & Morocco (lower shelf) -
The first two pictures I think are struthiomimus, although I'm not entirely sure if that toe bone matches up to it or not. They were found together though. The claw is about 2" long, the toe bone is about 1.25". The third and fourth pictures, I think is either struthiomimus as well, or raptor, but I don't know which. It is just under 2" long. The last picture of the tiny metatarsal or metacarpal, I have no idea.

Earlier this week I received a package in the mail with two very important fossils. Years ago, I owned a gorgeous Bambiraptor feinbergi Sickle claw from the Two Medicine Formation, and a Saurornitholestes langstoni hand claw. I foolishly sold them away to a very good friend of mine back East. I've regretted that decision for years. Well last week I was able to convince my friend to sell them back to me. I sold a very nice fossil claw (something I rarely ever do nowadays since restarting my collection) in order to come up with the money to purchase them. I've been very appreciatively happy that my friend was so generous to allow me the opportunity. I was ecstatic when I received them in the mail and got to finally hold them in my hands again! Daddy got his children back!

A friend of mine sent me these pictures of a dinosaur claw which has been turned into a fashion accessory (!!!!) and would like to know from what kind of dinosaur it came from: I am no expert on dinosaur claw identification, but the owner was told it's an American claw (once again, no clear locality, just North America) and a T-Rex claw which from as far as I can tell, this claw doesn't seem to look Hell Creekish, so I am very skeptical about this claim. What do claw experts here think this could be from? Assuming that these are not replica (which I frankly don't know for sure, unfortunately..)

Hell Creek Dinosaur Claw - Dromaeosaur Or Chirostenotes Or Something Else Altogether?

This is a claw found in Hell Creek so I assumed it's a Dromaeosaur but upon searching for pics online it seems that a Dromaeosaur seem to have a smaller digit bone that connects with the claw so my guess is it could be a claw from Chirostenotes but can't be sure. Dinosaur claws are probably one of the most expensive dinosaur fossils you can find since it's much rarer than teeth, and no doubt, many if not all dinosaur collectors would probably like to have at least one in their collections. Dinosaur claws also seem to have many fakes and replicas floating around due to its impressiveness and rarity. Its probably easy enough to distinguish the resin or plastic replica from real ones with simple observation, handling to get a feel of a specimen's weight and hardness or test like hot needle to see if it melts or not. Plus, so far I haven't seen any dealers, reputable or not, have tried to sell replica as real, perhaps because its very easy to tell the resin/plastic replica from the natural rock/bone fossils. Though, I have also heard that there are ways to fake these from carving a fake claw from matrix or even using animal bones like camel to make one. Has anyone had experience with these particular kind of fakes (non-resin replicas)? If so, how would they differ from the real ones and how would you test if they are genuine or not? Thx

Hello Everyone. Can anyone possibly tell me what I have in these pictures? There are 3 what I think are claws?? There is more of this animal that I will be posting. Im so anxious to hear what everyone has to say . The Large claw # 1. actually has veins in the petrified bone at the beginning of the claw, I guess there veins. #2. is spectucular in itself. Almost tooth like but feel its a claw as well. #3. is claw like but not real sure. It is some kind of Bone,it appears to be anyway. I appreciate anyone that takes time to answer this post.
