I found this on my property (in Missouri), in a hunk of clay about a week ago. I spent up until now searching the area for other pieces, however, alas... nothing. Any information you may have is appreciated. This last image (below), I enhanced a bit to bring out details. Thanks for looking!

While walking the beach my wife found this oddly shaped rock. She was looking for “ heart shaped” rocks but after looking at it a bit it seemed like it has a margin where the tooth enamel might have been. That tooth face also has what seems like microscopic tubulas which might have once been the dentin. It’s certainly not pristine as it does have a defined point. It’s about 3-3.5 inches at the longest points. It could just be a rock but I was curious your opinion

Hi Group, I have no idea what is this. Is it possibly a stromatolite? maybe is it a moss or something? My father a collector had it, he was in commercial navy 50's-80's so this could originate from anywhere, but most of his fossils were from Morocco and Brasil. size: (approx.) : 10.7 cm X 8.2 cm X 3.7 cm weight: 299 grams No any reaction on UV lamp, nothing glows As always any help very much appreciated !

Hey TFF! First post! Not making my appearance with a bang, but had a decent quick trip to the Potomac, about an hour and 15 minutes. Nice handful of sea glass, decent amounts of ray plates and turritella. A few solid sand tigers. And what I believe to be a small, busted otodus in the palm of my hand. I usually always come away with at least one small complete otodus, so when I don’t, it makes a great day fossil hunting turn into merely a very good day 🤷🏻♂️. Let me know what you think!

The one in the middle of the first photo is very fragile, so if it's anything nice wanted to try and get it protect (its thin). #1 ( wasn't sure if left one was coral or shell piece maybe?)-( middle no idea)-( left was thinking shell piece, just looked different with the swirls then what have been seen) #2 (Backs) #3 ( middle one closer view) #4 ( Wasn't sure on what parts was) #5 ( closer view) #6 ( back of one on left) #7 ( back one right)

I found this tooth in the peace river it seems to just be the Crown since the majority of the root is broken off. Wondering if anyone knows what it is. Looks like some type of cetacean tooth, but im hoping for mammal. If anyone needs additional photos please just ask. Thanks

Could anyone help with identifying these fossils found at Turimetta Beach NSW?
ParasauroLoafers posted a topic in Fossil ID
My partner randomly suggested we go fossil hunting at Turimetta. I've never been fossil hunting and I was surprised by how much we actually found. I haven't uploaded pictures of everything we found bc it's mostly just plant matter that I've managed to find similar pictures of in other forums. I'm curious to know if the rusty-orange coloured ones are anything. Was really exciting to find them when carefully splitting rocks in half! There's also a tiny ball shape I found when I split open a rock and it almost looked like a tiny soccer ball or pine cone because of the lines in it. It didn't show up quite as clearly on camera sadly. And there's another rock with a cylindrical shape in the side of it. I thought that was very interesting so I took lots of angles. Thanks in advance for your help! -
Well, I am stumped with this vertebrae that I found on the Kaw river in Kansas. Thank you for your help!
