    Mystery fossil in flint

I've found a fossil in flint during flint knapping. I've exposed as much of it as I could. It's about one centimetre long and one centimetre wide. Cant know how old the flint is. It's from the Negev desert Israel. It was found in a wadi with debris from multiple periods (Triassic-Eocene) cant be sure. I think it might be a crinoid stem but I'm far from being sure. Any help would be appreciated!

  12. Hello there. I'm new to fossil collecting and just wanted some help with identifying if this is a real spinosaurus tooth or not. The seller advertised it as real and claims it comes from Morocco. I was recommended this seller, and they've got good reviews, but I think I'm just a bit paranoid after reading a lot of stories about fake fossils. Unfortunately I can't remove it from it's case so I can't show off all the angles. Any help is much appreciated. I'm also new to this site, so if I'm doing this wrong, I apologise!

Walton on the Naze odd find

Hiya, found an odd thing at Walton, originally thought it was a piece of bone but it doesn't seem to have the same texture as my other pieces of bone, so I'm at a loss. Was wondering if it could be a piece of pyritised wood? It seems too weighty to just be a rock. Thanks for any help

What kind of rock is this?

San Antonio, Tx 78023 After this weekends hard rain, this rock was sticking out. It looked much smaller at first. Oddly enough a rock I found a couple of months fits with it. The fractures on the front of it is why I’m asking what it is. It kind of looks like card board between the fractures.
  19. Since my previous two items were fake I quickly researched the web and found this fossil I actually managed to find a video for the fossil they're selling Screen_Recording_20210430-182055_YouTube_1.mp4

  22. Hi Guys, I have bought a Psittacosaurus skeleton. It came in pieces, some bones were broken etc. I put the bones back together and I am quite happy with the result. Now I would like to assemble the skeleton properly. Has anyone of you done something like this before and can tell me which material is best to take from it? Attached are some pictures of the current state and 2 pictures of another skeleton already mounted, that's how I would like to do it. Any Tips, Tools or something? best regards from Germany Phil

    Flexicalymene?

Hi everyone, this is a trilobite I bought when I was like 5 at the Natural History Museum in Washington, DC. Unfortunately, over the past decade I've lost the ID tag for it. I think it's a flexicalymene or calymene, but I'd really appreciate any possible guesses!
  24. Hello does this egg look real . Looks like its missing some shell and looks not to be prepped. Possibly an oviraptor egg? Is 18 cm long Thanks
  25. San Antonio, Tx 78023 These three rocks were part of the several used for the flower beds in my front yard. I know that doesn’t mean a lot, but my entire yard is covered rocks just as odd. What caught my attention is the difference in shape, but had a similar break or tear.
