Hi all, I'm new to fossil collecting and would love to know any leads on any of the items here. I think I know what some are (I believe there is an enchodus fang, mososaur tooth, bone, etc) but am looking for some confirmation. All have come from Holden Beach, NC. Thank you!

Found this on a trip to Big Brook yesterday and having a tough time figuring out what it is. The tooth is missing the tip, but appears to be quite narrow, with a strong curve that would eliminate xiphactinus as a possibility. It looks too narrow to me to be a mosasaur tooth and has no visible carinae. Is there any chance it could be a plesiosaur tooth? Thanks for the help!

Rock with teeth, roots, bones real?
Rwdrive posted a topic in Is It Real? How to Recognize Fossil Fabrications
I'm a new dino fossil enthusiast and purchased this large rock, my favorite piece. It is from Morocco and contains 2 mososaur teeth with roots and many other what appear to be bone or shell fragments. The rock is gritty and you can't touch it without traces of sandlike grit falling off. I sure hope this real? Thank you. Jeff -

Good morning everyone! I finally got around to photographing a mystery in my collection and was hoping to get some opinions. I did my best to take some photos but the iPad only goes so far. The small tooth, probably just another mosasaur and I have found many. But here is the BUT; the tooth shape is not so much conical but oval, it has feint serrations and a cutting edge on only one side. It is a bit worn.... it was found in a location that has produced dinosaur teeth, it is from the black creek formation in North Carolina. The larger tooth in the picture I put in there for comparison is definitely mosasaur and I found them both about ten feet and six years apart. So what do y’all think? Thanks for any input in advance. I am by no means an expert and really don’t know enough about Dinos or mososaurs but to lump them all together...
