I found this in some Lance formation matrix. Might it be an ankylosaurus tooth? If not, what do you think it may be? Thanks for any help. The hash marks are 1mm.

Hello. I'm a new member and wondering if anyone can help me identify this item. From my research, I believe it's a tooth vs horn coral, but I've had very little luck identifying otherwise. I discovered this a few days ago in a creek bed in southwestern Ohio. It measures about an inch (or 2.5 cm). In profile, on the backside is a pretty pronounced barb toward the tip. Any ideas??

One of the only fossils I managed to find at the Texas City dike this weekend, which is well-known as a site for Pleistocene fossils from the Beaumont Clay formation that are pulled to the surface during dredging operations in the nearby shipping channel. I know this tooth isn't Equus, so maybe bison? Any help would be appreciated!

Hi all, just found this on the beach in San Clemente, California, USA. I assume it’s a rock, but the bottom shape is so toothy, I wanted to check. It’s 4 inches long by about 2 inches wide. I included photos of the front back and side. Any help is appreciated, thank you!

I found this today in the yard while doing some light soil work. No idea where it may have come from. Thinking it might have come up from the frost over the years. Look like sinew or even fat tissue when I saw it buried. After bringing it up and cleaning it up thought it looked like a giant arrow head. Then it even appeared to look as though in the pointed portion on the item it had what looked almost like growth plate lines like we have in our bones. The stub end looks a lot like a joint or knuckle of some point. We are located near the Iowa and English river basin's In Iowa. Any help would be great in identification of this item. And maybe it's just a black rock. I have other photos but it won't let me upload them. It is about 12" long and about 9"'s wide and about 3" 's tall.

Hi all, I found this tooth in a Monmouth County stream and was wondering what type of shark it is? I would have thought cretalamna appendiculata, but it has bourlette, and I don’t know any shark teeth in the navesink formation that have bourlette. It is about 3/5 of an inch. @The Jersey Devil @Trevor @Darktooth. TIA

Hello i found this yesterday in big brook. It is 1 1/8 inches and has 2 ridges the entire length but not serrated. It does have the typical curve of an enchodus but I think it’s a fish tooth. Your help greatly appreciated

Is this a real T-rex tooth? The seller is marketing it as such but I can't stop a hunch that it may not be true. and / or it's a carcharodontosaurus tooth or something but they're usually thinner I thought. There is very little description and not a lot of accompanying information either. What do you experts think?

Hello again TFF! I just picked up this tooth that I am pretty sure is an Equus sp. found in phosphate deposits near Tampa Bay, FL. What drew me to it was two isolated cones that I haven't seen in the modern Equus teeth I've handled. Is this a positional morphology or one particular to a specific species? Thanks for your thoughts!

Don't think I've ever seen a claw (other than crab) attributed to Lee Creek matrix, but could this be one? In person, it doesn't look like fish tooth or crab, so wondering what others think it might be. Not sure how well it shows in the photos, but It has a very prominent ridge running along its inner curve -- shown in last several pics. Scale is 1mm

Hi everyone, These were found in a river in Central Florida. I wagered an alligator tooth on the first one, but ultimately I'm not sure. As for the second, I have no idea at all. Kindly let me know if more angles are needed, and I appreciate the help. Front Side Front Back Side Top

Hey there! I need some help identifying this shark jaw that I received as a gift a few years ago. All I know about it is that it came from Isla Mujeres, Mexico. Its about 23 centimeters in width and about 8 centimeters from the top of the mouth to the bottom, my apologies for how gritty the pictures are, my phone camera is not the best.

Hey guys, I saw this listed as a suchomimus tooth. I am still not very good at identifying suchomimus teeth, but I think this could be one. Would appreciate any and all input on it thanks.

Hi everyone, I have here some fossils, mostly teeth, from a river in Central Florida. I'm pretty sure I know what some of these are, and if anyone could confirm or correct me I'd appreciate it! I know the first one is a Megalodon fragment. The second one could be a great white. I'm less sure about the last one. My question here relates to the 9 shark teeth to the top right. I think the second is a Mako and the third is a Tiger, but ultimately not sure on any. Prehistoric crocodile/alligator tooth? It looks like a crocodile or alligator femur to me There's one I have no clue about Based on my knowledge, deer tooth? Manatee molar? I'm not sure about these. I wanted to say mammoth or mastadon tusk fragments, but I don't know if such fragments can be identified. This is more of a general question. Is there any way to wager a guess as to what these random fragments could be? Would it include turtle shells, marine mammal bones, and so on? Thank you!

I found this - almost missed this - while sifting through some micro matrix today. I'm guessing some sort of fish tooth, but can anyone confirm? From Aurora Fossil Museum, Aurora, North Carolina. Lower to middle Miocene from the Pungo River Fm. It's so small that I have a hard time getting the camera to focus and my microscope cam just made it a big, black blob, so I apologize for the soft focus. That course rug it's sitting on is a piece of fine velvet!
