Can anyone help me identifying this jaw, unfortunately the selle can't send me a photo of the chewing surface. I can't understand if it is a boar jaw or a tapir jaw. I'd like to hear your opinion

We found this in the gravel bed of a creek today in Grayson County, TX. I'm assuming it's a wild boar tusk. What do you guys think? Is it most likely old or modern? Thanks for any help.

A great juvenile wild boar jaw from the Pleistocene of Russia. You can see the front tusk/incisor still erupting. I've wanted one of these for a while now but they are quite rare. I love it! The tusk is actually loose and comes put. I think that's great! I can see the whole root. -
Hello Paleopeeps! I have a complete modern boar skull that I would like to trade for something a bit less modern (fossil). The skull is 13" long, 5 1/2" wide at eye sockets and 7 1/2" tall. It has all the teeth and tusks. A really neat item for you bone collectors. I would like to trade this for fossil material. Preferably mammal/ vertebrate (teeth, bones, etc.), but I am open to whatever really. I also like leaves, tree/ bark impressions, insect fossils, or what have you. I am not expecting another fossil skull but maybe some bits and pieces of something. Please PM me with what you have if you would like to see this bad boy on your mantel.
