A new pterosaur, Luchibang xingzhe, is reported from the Early Cretaceous of China It's represented by an excellently-preserved, nearly complete juvenile skeleton. There are even patches of soft tissue! This specimen gives more insight into the anatomy and ecology of Istiodactylidae, an Early Cretaceous pterosaur family known from China and England. This large mosasaur tooth was imported from Morroco to China. It's pretty big but I found the root a bit strange, the root looks like it's carved from the matrix, is the tooth/root real?

Hi, this small fish is about 8cm in length. It is from Fuyuan, Yunnnan Province of China. Any idea which species is that?

I believe it’s a feeding appendage. I’ve been told it’s an anomalocaradid feeding appendage, but i don’t remember any of the anoms iv seen having anything quite like that. I can’t remember ever seeing it in context, although feeding appendage definitely seems right.

This pair of coelacanths is from Luoping, Yunnan. Is it a Luopingcoelacanthus species? It measures about 28cm in length.

Good evening folks. I have an unidentified fossil plant from Yunnan (suspect), China and is lacking any additional information. The plant leaf/stem section is 30mm wide x 35mm tall. Hoping someone in TFF knows what it is.

I once in awhile check out the auction sites just to see what is posted. I do buy things once in awhile but very rarely. Today I was checking out some fossil fishes from china. Lots of the common fish, Lycoptera davidi being posted. All looked really good! Too good! I used that magnifier thingy and took a closer look. To me it was painfully obvious that the fins were painted. Buyer beware!!! and good luck RB

Hello folks. I am considering a purchase and would like to know it this fossil is as described. It listed as Remopleurides species trilobite? It's from Jingxi, China.

Good evening folks. I just received an order of fossils from China and haven't opened it yet. Took it out of my mailbox with a rag (which I immediately threw away) and put the package in a large baggie. The fossils did not come from an infected location but I have no idea about the shipping trail / process. The only thing I know about viruses is to avoid people and things that might have been exposed. Am I being overly concerned?

I went to a construction site near a big lake (Dian lake 滇池) at Kunming, China (Although this city is famous for Cambrian fossil) This place is going to construct some apartments. A lot of workers pass by without realizing they are trace fossil. it's geological map is: from https://www.osgeo.cn/map/m02db the location is around: from IOS's map So it suppose be from Quaternary, right? (but I am not sure if lake trace fossil can produce trace fossil like below) And I found some trace fossil: and some other stuff i am not so sure: and last picture is ripple mark If it is from the lake, that would be a nice vacation place in summer!

This is the second from my unidentified draw. It comes (Yichang???), Hubei, China. It's from the Ordovician(?) period. This is a negative of the Trilobite.

Hello folks. I've been digging through my "unidentified" draw again and came across eight Trilobite requiring identification. I cannot seem to locate my documentation, so, I am humbly requesting your help once again. The information I do have on this Trilobite is it comes from Yunnan, China and is from the Cambrian period. It measures 25mm x 17mm.
