    Tooth, claw, coral, wood?

I found this in the prairie lands of central texas, in our pasture. Not quite sure if it something to be excited about. Thought it was a tooth at first, but now leaning more toward coral that happens to be tooth-shaped? It's pretty cool either way, I think. I'll add more pics in the comments

    Kem kem claw ID request

Hello everyone , need help ID this claw from kem kem basin of morocco . Size : 2 cm Best Regards Guns
  6. Hi everyone! I have my eye on what looks like a nice Spinosaur claw from the kem kem, or at least that what the seller claims it is. It does seem to have that round divot under the base of the proximal end that I've seen described as telltale, but you can never be to careful with kem kem claws which might just be the most outright faked fossil on the market so I figured I'd ask for an independent opinion on the potential of funny business (besides what looks to be one or two repaired breaks near the tip). Measurements given are 8.5 x 3 cm. Any insight is appreciated as always!

Fossils or just shell and rock

Hey everyone, new here, but hoping I’ve come to the right place! My family just got back from tooth hunting on shark tooth island and found these too and wondered how we could confirm what they are and if they’re just ordinary or could be extraordinary!

Suchomimus (?) foot and hand claws

Hello, latley I am starting to see some suchomimus claws on the internet. I think that I also saw some vender with those claws in Tucson thanks to @Troodon post. I wanted to make a topic in the ID section to know if someone has acces to a paper or knows of some material that helps Id this as suchomimus. Because rigth now my feeling is that if somebody finds a spinosaurid type of claw in Elrhaz Fm they just label it suchomimus and that's it. I will leave here some photos here of what i found (take ito account that some of them have restorations mostly in the tip):

  12. Hi, i found this little big guy in an old fossil box. This one looked a bit weird for my taste, but I'm not an expert. Maybe one of you guys can help me out. Sorry for photobombing and thanks for your help!

    is this a claw?

Is this a theropod claw? Also, is this from Niger, rare? Please tell me. Thanks in advance.
  15. I wanted to share this right leg Spinosaurus leg. its not everyday this comes up just for discussion. I know there a few things wrong with it, but I still felt it was interesting enough to share. For one thing its missing the upper inside toe that is located higher then its three main toes. And of course its composited with parts of different animals, that is always the case . It also seems like some of the proportions and position are off. Sized at 40 x 38 x 130 cm (discription)
  16. Would like your opinion on a few Spinosaurus claws. They all look fake or heavily reconstructed to me. Have read the Moroccan claws thread, but would still like need an expert opinion. Sorry for the overload of photos. Claw #1
  17. Found on surface of field in Eastern Iowa 15 years ago, guessing it may have been carried on a tire from a gravel road, dropped by a human or deposited by glacier. Hard grey limestone. Fine details suggest to me a digit pulled from a carcass & buried. Apparent rodent-like bite marks in both the nail and flesh. This thing is amazing to me but I am having trouble finding much to help identify via internet. Any ideas? Am I imagining things here?

What kind of fossil is this ?

Hello and good evening. I found that in an unexplored area besides a river ,in a village close to Athens, Greece. Through research i find many similarities with claws of small theropods. Its size is around 3 cm length. Any ideas what exactly is it? Appreciate your time.

    Thescelosaurus Claw?

Recently purchased this claw, according to the seller it's a Thescelosaurus claw. Found in Hell Creek, Montana. Size 5 cm (1.97") Just wanted to ask your opinions.
  21. Hi all, Any thoughts on the ID of this claw? About 3 cm long, sold as ?dromaeosaur claw from Hell Creek, Slope County, ND. The phalanx was found in the same location but not articulated. I've chewed through the excellent "Identification of Claws/Unguals from the Hell Creek/Lance Formations" topic but can't quite fit it to anything!
  22. Hi guys. A little while ago, I broke my precious Spinosaurus claw... I can't stand up from the shock... I want to fix it, how can I fix it? please tell me. Thanks in advance.

    I'm wondering what this is

I found this in a old creek where I find arrowheads and am curious what it is
  24. I do a post without a pic. A guy offered us a great claw from a Diplo. This was only partly prepped, because it has horn scabbard-remains. I am not familiar with dinoclaw- horn-scabbard, saw it for the first time live. Does anyone has infos about this preservation, literature, or has there been a post in TFF about it? Could not find one. As it is not the cheapest one I did not buy today. But, think about doing it, because it is very unusual. And, I love strange and unusual fossils. (When we got it I will post some pics, promised!)
  25. Hey everyone. Im looking to trade my big 5'15 footclaw of a Spinosaurus. Im myself looking for mostly african theropod teeth. Especially carch and spino. Feel free to dm.
