This was found in harrison county west virginia. My thoughts or best guess is maybe a sea scorpion, crayfish, snuffaluffigus ? I don't know and would love some imput!! It's the same rock 3 different fossils I think. IMG_0930.HEIC

I went to visit Texas for the solar eclipse and found this walking along the Brazos River. It is about 2-3 inches long. There were also many shell fossils and small pieces of petrified wood. WE went to the nearby state park to see the dinosaur tracks which were amazing also.

Hello! This is my first time posting on this forum. I am hoping that someone can help me identify what I have found on the beach of NC. It is < 1in and hollow in the bulbous part (unsure if long part is hollow). It doesn’t look like a typical shark tooth and it doesn’t look like a typical shell found in Wilmington. I have Google image searched images from all different angles and the closest comparison I’ve received is a dinosaur tooth…. But that doesn’t seem plausible.

I found these two teeth in a creek near the peace river pretty close to eachother. Not really sure what they are was hoping someone could ID them. They are listed as find 1 and 2 respectively.

Found this in likely Oligocene sediments. V-shaped in cross-section, about 7 "teeth" per side, tapered to one end, 2mm long. A jaw? A tiny claw? A piece of fishy bone?

This looks like a claw to me, but someone suggested possibly an alligator tooth. I was at the understanding that most alligator teeth are round and hollow.

Good morning This was found along the water way of Lake Erie Ontario, Canada. Not sure if it's a tooth or claw. I have been told possibly from a bear but we don't have bears in the area so I figured it washed ashore from Pennsylvania. (Don't mind the hole, we drilled it to make a necklace for my son Lol). Thank you

What kind of fossil is this? This was found off Pritchett Parkway in Florida in a new development called Brightwater. Alot of guys have found shark teeth out here.

I live North of Portland along the West side of the Willamette river. The house we bought last spring has the most amazing river rock used for the landscaping. As a rock hound I was in heaven. Agates, picture jasper, jade and all kinds of beauties. I also have a lot of petrified wood and bone fragments. I have been finding some possible fossils and have struggled to ID them. Hoping someone might help me rule these in or out as fossils. That will greatly help me classify the things I am finding here at my house.

Found this specimen in the Peace River, FL last week. I almost tossed it thinking it was a piece of modern bone but then decided to try and ID it. I have not been successful on my own - maybe looking in the wrong place? The only thing it resembles, to my eyes, is a crab claw. It is hollow and measures 21mm long X 11 MM at its widest. The black portion appears to be enamel. Maybe the tip off a modern crab claw? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I found this in San Antonio TX within the ground at about 4 inches deep. It looks like a claw of some sort and maybe reptile leg, or arm? Any thoughts?

New to hunting fossils/shark teeth and found this unknown object, was thinking maybe a tooth or claw but some buddies say maybe bone carved spear tip or something. Found it in a river in southern Alabama with what they tell me is a Eocene formation on the river bank.

This was acquired at a swap meet on California central coast. I'm an avid rock hound, it came with a small collection of sagenite purchased 20 plus years ago. I would really appreciate anyone taking time to give an opinion, guess, thought on its identity.
