This small molar, which I'm assuming is to a smaller horse ancestor, measures 13mm by 23mm. I'm hoping Harry @Harry Pristis or Jack @Shellseeker can give me some additional info on it. The chewing surface looks like it's been polished down somewhat by the river.

My trips to the Peace this year so far have been so disappointing, I've resorted to bringing home unidentifiable bone scraps. The following photos show 2 of the latest. The one on the right is similar in density to dugong ribs, so it may merely be a tumbled vert, but the angled faces confused me. The other little bone is wedge shaped and looks to have articulating surfaces on the broader edge. Appreciate any suggestions you might have. Thanks.

I may be the last person to hear about this, but if you are into dark tourism, do a search on Heard Bridge under it's other recognized name (by the locals at least). BLOODY BUCKET BRIDGE. Just heard this from a local today as I was packing up to come home.

This year has not been a particularly productive one for me as far as fossil hunting goes, but sometimes in an entire day one screenful makes the difference. I found this really pretty little tooth in the last spot I tried, sure I was just sifting discards from the other hundred guys before me. It's not big, but it is really a pretty little thing. No roots, but nobody's perfect! I'll be back to this spot later this week just to confirm this was a fluke and my luck hasn't changed for the better.

I was wondering if this little bone is distinctive enough to get an ID on. The photos are large and since I upgraded my MacBook to High Sierra I can't find an option to choose a smaller size. I'll post the other picture in the next reply. (hopefully)
