Howdy everyone! I was hoping y'all could help identify or at least give a broad idea of what kind of animal this beautiful little claw could have belong to. The claw was found in Harding County, South Dakota (Hell Creek formation) and is said to likely come from a large lizard or amphibian. Any thoughts? As always, thank you guys so much! This forum is truly invaluable.

I am interested in buying this piece of what is advertised as skin. From South Dakota, pretty tiny piece (tape measure in inches). Seller says it is a positive impression, but the grooves are small. My only concern is the color? Is that usual of hadrosaur skin impressions? Im buying on the contract that I can return if it is not how I hoped, but I don’t want the seller to have to ship it only for me to return it so I figured I’d ask first.

Hello everyone, first post from me here. I have a 1.8 cm (roughly 0.71" for those who don't use the metric system) Hell Creek tyrannosaurid tooth that is in need of identification. Currently, the tooth is labeled as N. lancensis, though a while ago, the seller labeled the tooth as a juvie T. rex, and now I'm confused about whether I should label it as a Nano, a Rex or a Tyrannosauridae indet. (though since it's from HC it should be either of the first two) Notes: - Total serration count: 55 on both sides. - Pic 1, which consists of shots of the same tooth taken from all angles, was sent to me by the seller (the sketch in red was also his), which shows how the tooth is laterally compressed - quite interesting and not very T. rex-like, considering that even juvenile T. rex teeth are quite bulky. Moreover, the mesial carinae also ends quite high. Because of this, I had some doubts about his ID and would like a second opinion. TIA!

Pachycephalosaurus skull fragment, also known as Pachy spike cluster, from Hell Creek Formation of Carter County, Montana. I was surprised by its weight and size when I received it. Slightly bigger than 2.5 inches diameter.

I purchased this claw and the seller had it as pterosaur BUT also said it could be anzu oviraptor but he felt confident it was pterosaur. It was found in Hellcreek, I really know nothing about fossils, and the photos i am attaching are from the listing. I am happy either way no matter what it ends up being. And thank you for any knowledge you guys can provide. Also the size was 0.39in

Hello there . I recently got this tooth locality : carter county , hell creek formation . Label from previous owner as triceratop spitter tooth . But i think i look more like Leptoceratop tooth . What do you think? Best Regards Guns

This tooth has always been described as nano . but I found that the both sides of the crown were not pinched, the base of the tooth was obviously pinched on the tongue side, and the other side (lip side) did not seem to be pinched. There is a little root on the tooth bottom (the pinch on both sides of the nano is for the crown?) The mesial ridge extends to 2/3 of the crown the fossil from powder county HCFM CH:5cm CBL:2cm CBW:1.2cm DC:2.5/mm Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated

Hi Everyone, I recently purchased this feeding worn theropod tooth that the seller had listed as unidentified, with it likely being a Tyrannosaur tooth. It is .42 inches long (straight line) and comes from Hell Creek. I was thinking it might be a Acheroraptor tooth, but its tough to tell due to the amount of feeding wear and enamel damage. I was wondering if anyone else could help me concretely identify it. Thanks!

Hey everyone, Here are a few bones I found at a microsite in the Hell Creek formation this summer near Baker, Montana. All of these shown below are hollow, so I'm assuming they are theropod, but I was wondering if anyone could identify them further. Not sure how specific you can get with fragments like this, but any advice would be helpful. Thanks!

Hey everyone, Got the chance to explore the Hell Creek this summer and I've got a few questions on what I've found. The first is this tooth. I found it at a microsite in the Hell Creek Formation of Montana. It's about 1/2 inch long. I tried getting some up close shots of it, but if y'all need any better photos, just let me know. Thanks for you help in advance!

Hi Guys ! today i need some help in ID this Theropod tooth i bought for quite sometime ago . labeled as dromaeosaur tooth locality : Harding country , SD , hell creek formation USA But after closer examine the tooth i found that this tooth was quite robust and quite thick oval shape in cross section view and have twist in mesial carinae . so i personally think that this tooth might be juvie Tyrannosaur instead of dromaeosaur tooth . What do you guys think on this one ?? Regard Guns

First hadrosaur vertebrae, got it for a very good price. Maybe too good. Thoughts?

Hi everyone! Got this at an auction for a really good price (probably because of the missing portion) labeled as hadrosaur. 66-67 million years old. from hell creek formation in South Dakota. length about 3.3 inches, width roughly the same. I guess it seems a bit too good to be true for me as it’s my first vertebrae specimen and it’s also a hadrosaur which I see commonly running for +. Thanks in advance!- 4 replies

Good morning guys! Received from a friend in US (I'm in Italy) a nice theropod claw from the Hell Creek, but the precise location is not known. We both assumed this comes from an Anzu wyliei hand, but we would like to know what you think about it. I'm currently not at home, so i can't make more precise photos in 7-10 days, sorry Thank you so much!

Here are some images of what I recently found near Makoshika state park(around 5miles east of the park) - MT, Hell Creek formation. I suspect it is a theropod, but I am unsure and would love to hear some thoughts.
