Hello all, I recently purchased this fragment of a limb bone of a reptile, which was labeled 'unidentified.' I was wondering if it would be possible to find out what it is, as it is really minuscule. Fossil Info: The fossil is 1.2cm long. According to the seller, it is from the Lower Permian, from the Leonardian Series. It was found in Lawton, Oklahoma, and the formation is the Arbuckle Group. I don't know if this is enough to go on since because of the small size. Thanks!

Hi, This is a big bone from Ait Hani in Morocco (according to the seller), that is about 44cm in length. I don't know if it is hollow but I think this could be a limb bone from a Theropod or Sauropod. Want to ask as someone here might know better. It could be from something else but to me either a Theropod or Sauropod seems to be likely. Thanks!

Hi all, I'm a newbie to the forum and fossils in general, so need all the help I can get! Found this on the coast in the UK today. It appears to be the fossilised end of a limb bone. It's heavy, nearly a 1lb, and is as hard as rock. It's 4.5 inches long (11.5cm) and 2.5 inch widest. Any help from the keen fossil minds on this forum would be fantastic.

Hello all, it's been a very long time and I'm posting from my phone in an area with no wifi, so I hope I've followed all the rules as best I can. I was out fossil hunting in the Upper Hell Creek in eastern Montana last year, and found this bone. (Sorry for the images, I will not be able to retake them for months.) It was found in a sandy mudstone and appears to be hollow (and very crumbly). Its about 10 inches long.My best guess is a Struthiomimus femur, but if anyone knows different please let me know. Thank you for any help you can give!

Hi, I hope the pictures are adequate for a possible identification. This is being sold as a theropod limb bone from the Kem Kem. The seller states that it arrived broken and it was hollow like a theropod bone (but filled with sand and has had a few glued repairs). It is 23.5cm in length and I am wondering if it does look like a limb bone and if it might be a Spinosaurid bone since it reminds me a bit of a Spinosaur phalanx (although the seller lists it as an unidentified dinosaur). Thank you!

Hi, I was wondering if this looks right? To me it doesn’t look right too me, but it looks like it fits. I was wondering what you guys thought? We’re glueing it but we’ll de bond it if needed. It’s most likely from the lance fm.

This is a limb bone of ichthyosaurus from Xingyi, Guizhou. Any idea if it is a hind or front limb? And is it possible to tell the species?

Tyrannosaurus Rex limb bone?

Hey everyone! I came across a listing for a partial limb bone of a T Rex, where the seller states that you know it's from a T Rex because of the honeycomb structure of the interior bone. However, I was of the understanding that all theropods had this structure (please correct me if I'm wrong, I'm still learning). If that's the case, is there a way to tell if it's from a T Rex and not from another theropod? I can provide more photos if necessary. -
