I bought some Baltic Amber online, company states it is from Lithuania. The pieces are chips, average size is 1/2 inch. I was looking at them through my microscope and discovered this. The microscope is at 10x magnification, picture was taken with a Samsung phone at 3x magnification.

Hello! First time here:) I occasionally check rivers and smaller streams near where i live for interesting rocks and small fossils (crinoids, shells etc.) Today I was rock hunting as usual when I found this large bone fossil in the river. I have little expeirence with animal bones, but it seemed like a phalanx bone. I was wondering if anyone could help me narrow down which species it could belong to (and which bone it really is.) Location: East Lithuania. Bone length: 7.5cm Bone width from 4cm to 5,7cm (the measurements might not be super precise, but it's something!) Please let me know if you need any more details, excited to hear from you all!:)

Hey everyone, I need your help! I recently bought a mystery box with some ambers and i got this one with...something inside. So I took my microscope and took some photos (don't remember the magnification but i think 80-100x) and...still didn't know what it could be! Help please? Age of the amber: 49 mya (Middle Eocene) Origin: Lithuania (sorry for eventual bad photos, my microscope isn't that good)

Two years ago I found a field in Lithuania, where I managed to find a lot of small fossils; mostly corales and small invertebrates. But I came across one fossil, which was one of the best ones I ever found, but cannot identify what it is. I am searching fossils for fun and have no schooling or knowledge about them (so it might be a very common fossil.) I hope, someone can help!
