Hello All, New user here and I found something interesting while looking for Sharks teeth in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. What is this thing? Thanks!!

So I found this and it looks like a dolphin tooth, but it's my first time finding one so I was just looking for some confirmation and/or any more information that could be provided. This was found at the beach in Myrtle Beach, SC. In the past I've found a horse tooth, deer tooth, alligator tooth and am glad to be able to add another (non-shark) tooth to my collection of finds!

My family has been vacationing at Myrtle Beach for several years now and my son has really got into hunting for shark teeth. He's 12 and has ASD which means when he finds something he really likes and doesn't overwhelm him, it's a win for everyone. We watch a lot of the Facebook groups and the finds that some of those people show off. Our greatest find thus far are 2 GW particle tooth fossils. Lots and Lots of smaller teeth, I think we took home about a hundred last trip. He has always dreamed of finding a megalodon tooth. we have several that we've bought in stores down and around there Part of me says, just wondering down to the beach whenever we want and doing it how we want is a bit of the relaxing and fun that he has in it. Another part of me thinks it would be really cool to take him to some of the river banks or on one of the dig excursions. I really don't want to pay a bundle or travel too far away from Myrtle because if he is having a rough day , no matter how bad he wants to do it, he will still shut down and make it next to impossible to get him to participate. All of this would be for him, so trying to force him into it wouldn't be any fun for him at all. I've also see the videos of the pieces of the whales and other big animals people have found and wonder if we should even be looking for teeth or if we could go somewhere to look for bigger bones? Curious if there's anyone else out there in any similar situation and what your thoughts are or what you might suggest? I'm willing to do just about anything in the world to make my boy happy. Any thoughts or comments are very welcome

Could someone help ID this tooth and also would like to know if it is normal to find in Myrtle Beach or if maybe it was planted for someone to find? Moroccan?

OK my fellow fossil hunters need your help with this one… What could it be?

I found this is Myrtle Beach South Carolina a while ago and have not been able to identify it. I can't figure out if it's some petrified piece of wood or a dolphin or whale vertebra or if it's just some random chunk of rock. One side is dome shaped and the other side is shaped the opposite like a dome piece would fit in it.

I'm posting this for a friend who found this little oddity mixed in with broken shells on North Myrtle Beach. My first thought was vertebrae but it seems to lack an obvious center hole, although the white spot in the first picture looks like it could be a filled-in hole. I haven't seen it in person so I can't describe it any better than that, and sorry for the photo quality...not my pics. I know that's not much to go on, but any thoughts on what it could be would be much appreciated.

I found this at North Myrtle Beach in late November 2019 on a day I found 100+ shark teeth including a beautiful 2 1/2 inch great white tooth At first I thought it was a fish vertebrae or something in that ballpark but can’t find anything that matches the description. It looks like it is covered in what I think is matrix but I am just an amateur fossil hunter. Please help, any suggestions will do. thanks!
