ok let me start by saying I have no knowledge in this area at all. Now let me give you some background on this. I had 30 huge dump truck loads of dirt brought to my home by my friend. He told me this dirt came from 25 ft down in like the sedimentary layer which he thought was part of the intercoastal waterway at 1 time long long ago. But it is full of bones of all sorts of stuff. This one though I'd like to know what it is. If you could help me I'd appreciate it. Then if you want I'll show you some stuff that will blow your mind and some stuff which you won't believe but is factual.

Found these rib bones along the Neuse River in coastal NC, USA. Slightly abnormal for the specific area because I usually find smaller bone fragments with black-phosphate fossilization, mostly whale, dolphin or dugong. (And lots of shark teeth.) These are different and I wouldn't rule out a land mammal. Plz advise.
