Two more unknowns - both from the Peace River in Florida - one of them looks and feels like a tooth, or part of one. The second I’m really unsure of.

I have no idea in any way time frame wise with this fossil. Then on top of that I have no idea exactly what it is. It's a odd fossil but time frames are all over the place in a spot I'm working on. Ideas on what it could be could be a little helpful. The first pic is the front then top, then back, and then bottom. A penny was put down beside object for scale wise of size. Thanks.

Hello y’all . I have no idea what this is . All I know is that it came from Bolivia given by my uncle when I was small . I drew a sketch since it’s hard to connect the pictures of a sphere into something flat. I would appreciate any input .

Hi, this is heavy, solid, crazed nearly all over and about the size of a modern chicken's egg. I wondered if this was an actual fossil egg or would it be that clay - common in Essex, UK, has in-filled an egg through a small hole and solidified. Is there any way to tell, and how do I tell the age please? Thanks, Fluffy 1

Found in an undisturbed wood near water drainage to creek

These two pieces were found among some personal items from a friend who passed away recently. No information at all was available. It's possible they were originally found in Northern California but that is purely speculative.

Good day all, hope everyone is well and having a great day. To start, I have absolutely no clue about anything fossil related. I was just curious as to what this was, there isn’t anything big and scary in England with teeth this large so it’s just strange to me, it’s probably nothing so I am sorry if it’s obvious. It was found on a beach that fossil hunters say is fairly notorious for just sharks teeth but even I know this isn’t from a shark. Thank you for any help

Hello all! Any insight on this unidentified fossil, from Hell Creek Formation, in Harding County, South Dakota, would be deeply appreciated. The collector/seller is a deeply experienced and trusted seller, but they were not able to identify it. The specimen was found on the same ranch that often produces dromaeosaur, trike, and champsosaur partials. Please see images. [P.S., this is the 4th of 5 specimens that I'm posting for ID today; I deeply appreciate any insight that you can provide]. With gratitude, Ryan

They were bought for me alongside a bunch of sand shark teeth and an ammonite and an arioneceras (labelled Orthoceras)

I found this in a Benton county crumbly fossil rich road cut that I'm fairly sure is Oligocene based upon the other fossils present. Other fossils are all aquatic and includes a lot of clams (Pitar) and a few snails (Siphonalia, Neverita) The fossil in question appears to have been a hollow tube that's been broken open, but I'm unsure if that's actually the case or if the end is simply folded in a way to give that illusion. I initially called it a bone in my excitement, but now I could see it as being plant matter of some kind. This is kind of a shot in the dark, as I'm unsure if it could even be identified based on such a vague fossil. Edit: It's about 2 inches or 5-6 centimeters

Possible fossils? Lakes Entrance, Victoria, south eastern Australia

Hello, These two items were found on the beach near Lakes Entrance in Victoria, Australia. There's a good chance they may just be rocks, but members of a rock identification forum wondered if they might be fossils, so I thought I'd ask the experts! No 1 has an unusual shape and no 2 has rows of little holes a fairly consistent distance apart. Is anyone able to tell me one way or the other if they are rocks or fossils? Any help is gratefully received. Thanks very much! Anna

Need help identifying a group of spherical fossils | Solved : Iron Concretion

I found this one at the Jurassic Coast along side some other fossils. The fossil is about 2.5 cm wide and is heavier than it looks (tried a magnet but it had no effect on it). The second picture is a close up of a crack at the side (top right on the first picture), from what i could make out it looked like pyrite which is most likely becuase i also found a pyritised ammonite on the same beach. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi all, my sons and I are new members and just getting into fossil hunting, we hope to become regulars on the forum with our (hopefully) interesting finds! This is a photo of a find from Saltwick Bay, Whitby, North Yorkshire, it was already on display like this and we have absolutely no idea what it is (if anything). The first two I have no idea about where they come from but the third I found in gravel from a creek bed in southeast Nebraska (probably glacial till) and I believe is a pygidum topotype, but could be wrong, the last I found in a shale gravel pit near Mohawk NY in Herkamer county (I'm not familiar with the area's geology maybe someone from that area can help?) Thanks in advance!

My brother found this in a creek and the porous texture and divot on one end would seem to point towards a vertebrae of some kind, but I've never found anything like it before. Anyone know what it is/how I could tell for sure if it is a vertebra, or just some kind of coral or cephalopod...
