Hi everyone! I've got one more tiny hell creek tooth that I need help on. I didn't even think there was any mystery to it until I took a really close look at it. I acquired it as part of a set of Paronychodon teeth which are pretty distinctive looking and at first glance I though that's what this was since it's a small theropod tooth with the prominent lines going up the side (I forget what they're called) and with really nice serrations and wait..... Paronychodon doesn't have serrations. At least I don't think it does. I looked around to see if there have been any documented serra

Hello, now, apologies for the photos. They're the best the seller can get, I'm afraid. But hopefully they are ok to get some sort of ID/confirmation. He has a selection of Hell Creek teeth. They are all very small--ranging from below 1cm to just above 1cm in length. 1 - Troodontid -- not the clearest image, but they seem to have distinctive denticles which are common in troodontid teeth? I don't think Troodon is from Hell Creek, but I see online it says Troodontid teeth have been found there. Seller has a more precise location of Harding County, South Dakota for these.

Fossil Hunting From The Safety Of Your Home
Mioplosus_Lover24 posted a topic in Fossil Hunting Trips
With the current pandemic I decided now was as good of a time as any to get some matrix from the Aguja Formation with the help of PaleoTex! This turned out to be a great decision as I was extremely lucky, finding about basically everything I wanted to, and more in only 5 pounds of matrix! I'll be sure to post pictures but I got numerous amia and gar teeth, along with atleast 36 gar scales. Tons of Crocodile teeth including a large Deinosuchus tooth. Several shark teeth and a partial hybodus spine, also several brackish water pycnodontid teeth and tooth pallets. 4 fish or salamander jaws with t- 64 replies
