Found at the Jurrassic coast in Charmouth bay. About 10 cm x 6 cm x 1 cm. Could it be a part of an ammonite?

Hi, after a work related break in Wexford recently I found this item washed up on the beach. After lightly cleaning it and viewing it under a jewellers loupe, I realised that it appeared to have inscriptions on it. I thought I may be just willing oil t to be the case, but upon further investigation they are definitely man made carvings. It seems to be a fish/catfish possibly to the front, and inscriptions of what I can make out to be, a person, stick like figure, fish, a PI symbol as well as others. It is very intriguing and though I'd share in the hope other do too. Thanks.

Is this a skull-like pebble or a fossil skull? It looks like it has teeth. It measures about 10cm in length.

Heres another. This is some sort of impression? Dunno. Does not look like much can be made from inspecting it but thought someone might find it interesting...or not.

I found this odd little pebble in the Lance fm. in Wyoming over the summer and have yet to post on the forum so I thought I'd do so tonight. Anywhere else I probably wouldn't have kept it, but since I found it in a dinosaur bearing formation I was thinking it had the potential to be a gastrolith as it's completely smooth and rounded along with being a different color than most of the surrounding sediment I found it in, possibly hinting at transportation from its origin. I'd like to know your thoughts as I think it would be really cool to have found a dinosaur gastrolith. It's also not a piece of rabbit or deer scatt as it's not squishable (trust me I've accidentally picked them up before out there).

Just found these pebbles on the beach on the Isle of Man and am wondering whether they are a form of coral. I know very little about fossils so please forgive my ignorance! The photos shows them alongside a pound coin. Thanks very much.

I found this pebble at Lepe Beach on the south coast. It was near the elephant beds but I’m not sure what it is. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi I'm quite new at fossil hunting. As I was swimming at low tide, far from the shore with my 4 y o. son, he found this rounded pebble in shallow water. I took it, broke it, to find out this (see image). It does look like a fossilize worm. Does anyone have any idea ? The age ? Thanks in advance ! Matt (and Elie, the discoverer...).

I picked up this pebble on Hove Beach (Sussex, UK). Is the egg shape within it part of the natural stone, or some sort of fossil? The shape is 24mm long. Hove Beach pebbles are mostly flint and brought from the west by long-shore drift. This pebble appears to have had a surface knocked off.

Whilst searching for Shark teeth at Herne Bay in England, my daughter found a pebble with what looked like one of her simple drawings of a fish. I suspected that it was nothing more than just a shape in a pebble but said to her that I would check. Also looked like there was a similar shape much smaller on the back. I'd just like to know if it is or isn't a fossil to let her know. Many thanks for your time in advance. Chris
