Found by a friend in a creek near KC, Kansas. Never seen anything like this. Also, I'm new to all of this so I don't have the slightest clue what I'm looking at... Is it even real????

I found this rock near my house (which sits upon schist, phyllite, and diabase), the quartz isn't uncommon here, but the silvery rock is unusual. It looks different then the usual suspects, anyone have any ideas? (Btw the powder on the one picture is some sand I dropped it in, so not part of the specimen)

I'm in Spokane Washington and found this in the yard today. I'm pretty certain its rock but it is really odd. We did have Native Americans in this area so I thought maybe some kind of grinding tool, but honestly I really have no idea. The guy who lived in our house before us collected rocks according to the neighbors, and I have found a few odd rocks since we lived here but this one seems like it could have a story. The dark spot is water and its all the same color.

Is this anything? If it is something, what's unusual is that I found a broken drill artifact at the same spot and there is a perfect circle that appears drilled in the back of the possible claw or tooth. Found in northeast Ohio.

I found this unique looking rock on the beaches in thailand inside a secluded cave. It looks like a broken egg shell to me. Can anyone help identify this, is it a fossil? Thanks for your help!

My father asked me to see if i could find out what this is. Is it just a natural formation or something else? This is the only picture he sent me but I can get him to send more if needed.

From the album: Naughtistic fossils and rocks
Not sure if the imprint on this stone is natural formation
