Found this in the Grand Lake area of Northeastern Oklahoma in the roots of an uprooted tree along the shoreline of the Grand River. The Grand Lake is a man made lake built in 1940. The river is the lower section of the Neosho river. This area was covered by shallow seas during the Cambrian period. Is this find a fragment of a "tusk shell"?
