So i found a coprolite on a thin piece of shale at the Yorkshire Coast last year. Yesterday I noticed something on the other side.
I assumed it was shells but on closer inspection i think it's a scattered fish? I'm guessing it's not worth sending it off to be prepped but it's quite interesting anyway.
I wonder if the Coprolite has anything to do with the scales.
