Hello all, Like if told in a post last year, I have to make an essay for school by the end of the year. My subject is 'the paleodiversity of the Kem Kem beds' (but in dutch ofcourse). Now I have a few questions where I can't find an answer on. There might follow more question throughout the year. - Is there any Bahariasaurus species officially recorded at the Kem Kem Beds? I didn't find any paper on them from the Kem Kem so I assume they are only use commercially. Only described in the Bahariya formation in Egypt I guess? - Does anyone know what a Spinosaurus aegyptiacus premax tooth looks like? - I made a species list with all the species I found from the Ifezouane fm. and Aoufous fm. (I don't work on the Akrabou fm.). Does it looks complete or do you know any gaps? Or are there any names that are not longer used? Dinosauria: - Deltadromeus agilis - Rebbachisaurus garasbae - Carcharodontosaurus saharicus - Sauroniops pachytholus - Spinosaurus aegyptiacus - Sigilmassasaurus brevicollis - Dromaeosauridae indet. - Titanosauridae indet. - Abelisauridae indet. Fitch1979 posted a topic in Member-to-Member Fossil Trades
Hey everybody, For a school project I'm looking for a ton of mini belemnites (2-4cm things). Quite urgent I would be able to trade for shark teeth, Moroccan dino teeth, trilo's, .. or else buy them. Would any of you have some to trade? Best regards and thanks!- 10 replies

Hey everyone, I recently got back to my project on theropod evolution. Just to know, between the family Dromaeosauridae and the stem deinonychosaurian Caihong juji, which one is more closely related (cladistically) to Avialae? Thanks in advance. -Christian

hey everyone.. sorry I keep pestering you guys for theropod measurements - but this is one I can't find anywhere in the literature.. One of the specimens I'm using for my study is the AMNH 7223 Coelophysis; and I need measurements for the furcula of that specimen - Colbert's Coelophysis monograph isn't very helpful, and nor is the Nesbitt et al. 2009 paper on theropod furculae. Any ideas? Thanks for the help. Christian

Yet another trip for Chatsworth Trilos. Anyone come with?
MeargleSchmeargl posted a topic in Fossil Hunting Trips
This week, I've been struck ill with the flu (a very (VERY!) unpleasant experience, but I'm almost over it!). When I got back to school, my Convergence Media teacher allotted me some extra time to get on top of my Georgia Fossiler (love the ring to that ) segment. With that in mind, I plan on making my big recording day next Saturday (the 3rd, Time of day: TBA), where I wish to record some snippets of our adventures, and (if you're fine with it) get a televised interview to give the audience a more well informed insight. Anyone interested?- 2 replies
