Good day- my first time out fossil hunting I went behind my house in a green belt. New construction and rain uncovered a bunch of stuff in the creek bed. It’s hard to believe I found these right in my own back yard honestly. Some of it I can ID some of it I can’t tell what it is or if it is a fossil. Any help and info would be great appreciated! Thank you in advance also, I’m not extremely tech savvy, so I thank you for your patients as I navigate this site

This is my sea urchin collection, most of them are in pretty bad shape, but I would appreciate if anyone know what type they might be? And if you believe that the one with stripes has been scratched or attacked while alive? thank you! And thanks for your patience with newbies like me! You guys are the best!

Found this in a Swedish beach. The fossils there are from denmark. The top looks like a Eroded sea urchin but not sure what the other one is.

So I have seen many pictures of sea urchin spines and it looks like one. And I really cannot id species and stuff that I'm not sure are fossils. Is there a Good website or book? Many times I cant find anything to make a id of a species or fossil. Many of you guys know how to id fossils. How did u guys learn? I have alot of maybes and many fossils to id the species. I also get confused with flint fossils some I find have holes that are the same size and depth - maybe sponge? But cant find anything online. And the fossils near me are at beaches. The o

These were found in a beach in Sweden. I have found sea urchins at that location before. I'm pretty sure one of them is a sea urchin, but the other one is crushed at the top. They probably came from Denmark as the only fossils in that area are from Denmark.

I am new to the fossil finding world. Please help me ID my find. A Facebook group says it Looks like it could be Temnocidaris (Stereocidaris) hudspethensis or ? Found among white rocks in a developing subdivision in Granbury, TX.
