So I found this rock/fossil and am not sure what it is. I thought it could be worm holes or burrows but I'm not really sure. It also has a loose rock on the inside of it which is pretty cool. Is this sedimentary as well?

Hello. I found this rock in a creek of the Feather River Canyon in Northern Callifornia. It's an area known for its granite formations and serpentine outcrops. This rock was definatly out of place with nothing similar in the area. It weighs 1.25lb or .57kg. No reaction to vinager. Any ideas on what it is would be appreciated. Thank you!

Location 47.107100, -122.786562 Thurston County, Washington State, USA. Elevation approximately 70M. Found while planting a tree. Also found a 1/3rd smaller but similar specimen a dozen years ago, about a mile from the same (current) location. Same circumstances, unearthed while planting a tree. Specimen in photograph brought to surface via garden shovel, did not notice imprints until months later when rain & snow removed some of the soil that was on the surface. Clam(?) in img_5203 broke off when I tried to wash more soil from the specimen's surface. Thanks

Hi. I just purchased a box of fossils and found this with them. They are from Arizona. I'm not sure if I did the math right, but I got 2 612.466 kg/m3 there was a 2 then a space. Dimensions are 2" 1/2 long, 2" wide. 1/2" thick. Weight was 96.4g and volume was 36.9g. Maybe agate? Any answers would be awesome. Thank you and have a great day!
