Found this stone awhile back, very smooth and round, and perfectly shaped like an egg! I live in the Thumb of Michigan, and found this in the rocks by some shrubs. All the other rocks were definitely not like this. Any ideas what it actually could be?

I just came across these nifty little things on the American Science & Surplus site, and thought they might come in handy sometimes for final touches on a display prep.

I found this close to a lake where My famaiky has a cottage and I do not know much about fossils. There appears to be a creature of some sorts as well as a salt water shell even though we are thousands of miles from any salt water.

Can anyone help identify this? Round, smooth, large coin sized with hairline ridges all around the boarding edge. Found in Wisconsin. Side note I am a complete newb so I'm clueless in this area

This is a very smooth rock or wood. I can not tell . It's hard to see it but there is a "crystal line " In the second picture you can see the "crystal line" in the middle. I am confused is it a rock or wood? Any clue? Thank you.

Hello fellow fossil-finders! I am back with a new fossil to be identified! Last Saturday I went to the Delaware Bay Beach with my cousins. We were looking for small fossils that were buried in this huge pile of rocks right at the edge of the water. The first fossil was found almost instantly. I believe it is honeycomb coral. Take a look. Next, I found something that I couldn't identify. It could be a barnacle for all I know. It has small grooves on the black side of the rock, seen here: Here is another view at the other side: Like
