Suchomimus (?) foot and hand claws

Hello, latley I am starting to see some suchomimus claws on the internet. I think that I also saw some vender with those claws in Tucson thanks to @Troodon post. I wanted to make a topic in the ID section to know if someone has acces to a paper or knows of some material that helps Id this as suchomimus. Because rigth now my feeling is that if somebody finds a spinosaurid type of claw in Elrhaz Fm they just label it suchomimus and that's it. I will leave here some photos here of what i found (take ito account that some of them have restorations mostly in the tip):
  2. Hello, I need again your help as I see it's better to ask for your opinion before buying anything. Are this suchomimus teeth? They are in theory from Elrhaz Fm in Gadoufaoua, Téneré Desert, Niger. Is it normal that given that all of them come from the same place there are so many diferent colors? And with tooth 1, and the pack of 4 are they missing all the enamel, because with this colors in this particular case I am not sure if it's enamel or not. Thanks! Tooth 1. Tooth 2 Tooth 3

    Can be Suchomimus tooth?

Hi everyone! I got this tooth. Comes from Niger. Could it be Suchomimus? or is it croc? Thanks!
  4. I know @Troodon posted a guide to identify theropod teeth from Niger, and in it there's only one spinosaur; suchomimus. But are there any indications of multiple spinosaurs as of yet in the elrhaz? Most likely there were I'm sure but i don't know what data exists
  5. I've seen this listed as an unidentified partial theropod hand claw from the elrazh formation, Gadoufaoua, tenere dessert Niger. I can't see any red flags but I'm Leary of claws.. the bone structure looks right to me but what do people here think? It's 4.5 cm long
  6. Hello! I saw this tooth listed online as a Suchomimus tooth from the Elrhaz formation in niger I wanted to know if it was a crocodile or a Suchomimus.
  7. I can't figure out if suchomimus and baryonyx are the same animal. From what I gather they aren't, but does anyone here know?

    Suchomimus or croc?

Hi all, I'm quite certain this is suchomimus, but just to be sure, what say people here? The base has the elongated shape of suchomimus, and it has carinae on both sides as far as I can tell @Troodon
  9. Hello guys, I was wondering if the [redacted] fossils were real, more specifically their suchomimus teeth. And if not, whether there are other reliable websites with them. Thank you!

    Suchomimus or croc tooth?

Hi, would like to ask what you guys think of this tooth? Its labelled as suchomimus though Im not really the best at ID-ing them. Using Troodon’s guide, it does have some serrations visible with also similar texture present. Its also .8 inches. Its location says its from Elrhaz Formation, Gadoufaoua, Niger. Thanks in advance
  12. Hi everyone, Got a question about people’s preferences on buying teeth. I recently purchased a suchomimus tooth and was in pretty good condition, however is quite on the smaller side (.8”). Though a few days later, I saw another sucho tooth but this one was larger in comparison (1.16”). But based on my eye, condition of the second tooth was not the best. By the way, teeth are both in the same price range, but the larger tooth was actually priced slightly less. I have seen of people choosing quality over size due to a number of reasons eg.: better to ID species on the
  13. Hi guys, just stumbled on these teeth from a fossil shop’s website. Never bought from them so not sure on their reliability/ reputation for ID-ing teeth. Im not really familiar with Sucho teeth either. Was wondering if you guys can help me out however, the website only provides this side of the teeth so I emailed them asking if they can provide more. But at the moment, just this unfortunately. Location also says Gadoufaoua, Niger. Thanks in advance!

    Suchomimus or croco

Hello, I've been keeping an eye out for a suchomimus tooth for a while, and saw this trio for sale--I'll get one if it can be confirmed as been suchomimus as opposed to crocodile. 1 - The first two photos is 0.91 Inch 2 - The next two photos is 0.85 inch 3 - The final 3 photos is 1.10 inch All are from Elrhaz formation, Gadoufaoua. Niger. Thanks for the help--if any extra photos are needed, I'll message the seller, see if I can get some. edit: The upload has mixed up the order a bit - the darkest tooth is to

    Sarcosuchus or Suchomimus?

I have here a 1.5" tooth that was sold to me as Sarcosuchus from the Cretaceous of Niger. It's been brought to my attention that this may instead be Suchomimus. After comparing photographs, I believe that Suchomimus is accurate. I'd appreciate more eyes on this. Which one might this be? Thank you, Bellamy
  19. Like with all dinosaurs, we can find many images with Suchomimus on internet. Others with spikes, others without spikes, others with tall neural spines, and others with very short spine. I don't know what is the most scientifically accurate. But many members probably knows. Please help me and post or send me some images with scientifically accurate Suchomimus life restoration.

    My new suchomimus tooth

I bought this Suchomimus tooth. A nice tooth, 1.44 inch. Suchomimus is one of my favorite theropods and my favorite African dinosaur.
  21. Hello! A friend get these teeth from Niger, but I do not know the ID and if all are from dinosaur. I think the first ones are from suchomimus, the smaller ones from rugops and the last one (hervibore) from ouranosaurus. What do you think? Good ones? Thank you so much.
  22. Hey guys, I saw this listed as a suchomimus tooth. I am still not very good at identifying suchomimus teeth, but I think this could be one. Would appreciate any and all input on it thanks.
  23. Hey guys, I saw this listed as a suchomimus tooth. I know suchomimus tooth is quite rare and I don’t have much experience with it. Do you guys think it’s really a suchomimus tooth?
  24. Hi, Saw this for sale and was just wondering if this looks like a theropod toe bone or if it could be narrowed down? it is labelled as from Suchomimus but it could instead be from a croc or another theropod if not Suchomimus. It is 10cm in length and comes from the Elhraz Formation in Gadoufaouna, Africa. Thanks.
  25. Hey guys, I found this tooth listed as a suchomimus tooth. Does anyone know if it’s real or not? I know people sometimes get spinosaurus tooth confused with suchomimus tooth.
