Hello to all. Please help me identify this branch. It was found on the banks of the Kremenchug reservoir in Ukraine. This is a large reservoir, which is adjacent to three regions. It is difficult to determine the age - water erodes the layers from the Neogene period to the Jurassic. Thank you!

This is from a well known site (Yaopo formation, early to mid Jurrasic) in western Beijing, where Cladophhlbis, Neocalamites, Czekanowskiales，Baiera Coniopteris are the most abundant stuff. People also found dinasaur footprints here ( one of them was first considered of an earliest bird, until some raised the possiblity of a very young Theropoda individual). The oppositely paired leaves( leass than 1 cm for each leave) are found before, with no ID. This is the first time people could tell its is a vine-like plant. Any clue what it could be? anything similar found before for this period?

While rockhounding in the area of the Niagara Penninsula, I found an odd-shaped piece of metal about 5 inches beneath very thick, wet mud. The place in which I found the object was in a very shallow stream, which ran over sedimentary rock of the pre-Cambrian shield. After a closer inspection at home, I believe I may have found an iron-mineralized piece of a petrified wood, intertwined with two separate vines. A friend suggested it may be a rusty drill bit although I have doubts based on the location it was found. It is 3 1/2" long and 3/4" wide. It is heavy and seems hard like a metal. It is somewhat magnetic. It appears mostly brown, with spots of orange, and some light brown mud residue. I am assuming the vibrant orange colour is rust although there are also pale-orange spots which resemble the interior of a stick. Before cleaning the specimen, I would appreciate any opinions/advice. I am only able to attach two photos, but I will upload the rest in the response section. Any help is much appreciated!

I can't seem to find an image or plate for this in my fossil books - this is a long branching vine or stem with elongated veinless leaves running along the stems. I've included a full view as well as closeups showing the leaves. The leaves are flat and long and run along the stem in a series. My impression is that this is a small vine of some sort with leaves running along the stems. It is one of our finds from the Llewellyn Formation at St. Clair. Any ideas?
