Below is an armadillo scute from Venice Beach in Florida, stated by the seller to have belonged to a Glyptotherium floridanum. However, it is my understanding that the scutes of another large Pleistocene armadillo, Holmesina, are also rather common in Florida, and the scute does look a lot like scutes identified as having belonged to the latter. Thanks in advance for any proposed ID's Othniel

Peace River 3-Toed Horse tooth and Armadillo/Glyptodont claw core
Meganeura posted a topic in Fossil ID
Out on the river today and have 2 finds I’d love ID’d! So the first - this one for @fossillarry per your request, another 3-toed! This one is very worn, but you can still see the enamel bands. Its crown length is 20mm, crown height is about 10mm. Second one. I know this is a claw core but I’m not sure if it’s Holmesina or Glyptodont. So @Shellseeker @Harry Pristis can either of you ID it? Thanks in advance! -

This Fossil came from the south coast of Buenos Aires in Argentina. The zone was formed 10,000 years ago during the last ice age. (NOTE!) this is not my fossil
