Hello everyone, I've recently acquired this tooth from Indonesia. The seller mentioned it is a tiger tooth but they don't have more information. Does anyone on the forum know about indonesian fauna from the miocene-pliocene? do you think the tooth is real or fake? Many thanks in advance for your help. Kind regards, A.P

I have found an unusual stone in my garden in Italy, in a city near Treviso. I would like to think that it is an ancient teeth or tusk, but I am unable to tell. Any help would be appreciated.

Hunted a rural spot in the NSR today with my son. We had a great time. I posted my best find of the day...I.D.'d by Google image recognition...pretty impressed that it found the Enchodus jaw, wow! FYI-The two small tooth fragments are from previous trips to NSR.

Hi everyone! I found this fang-looking thing last year at Big Brook in Monmouth County, NJ. I recovered it from the stream bed. It has multiple rows of serrations running from bottom to top, and some indentations, too. I've attached pictures of it next to a ruler to show its size and multiple pictures of it from different angles. This picture of it pinched between my fingers shows the bottom on the "fang." Thank you in advance for any help you can give!

I received this Enchodus fang as a gift from a friend who was a little less literate in fossils but still it's the thought that counts! I would like to return this to its almost original state having the pieces separated and glued back together by me. I realize this might not be possible so just in case how would I fill the crack and with what? Thank you for your time

Hello, I live on the Clackamas River near Oregon City, OR, USA. There are some really neat things that wash up on the shore but this one grabbed my eye. I have no knowledge of fossils or bones but that is why I am here, seeking help in identification. I found it along the bank of the river, just laying there, did not have to dig it out or anything. The curvature, proportion and internal structures of this object did not necessarily look like wood to me so I am wondering if this is in fact some sort of tusk or tooth and if so, what animal it may be from? I have tried to provide some clear, informative pictures to give an idea of the size and features of interest. Thanks in advance for your help!
