Hello, My name is Brett I’m 41 from Maryland. I love the outdoors and digging up stuff. I found possibly a fossil of some sort hopefully when my wife and I were digging up our yard to make a garden. If anyone can help me figure this object out we would greatly appreciate it. I am not computer savvy so I will have to figure out how to attach pictures to the site. Thanks and have a great day.

Hello dear members of the forum. Here is a sample of an isolated vertebra in hand. Confuses his origin - Bayanzag. I understand that the question is potentially "dirty", but is it a crocodile or a dinosaur? size long 70 mm

Howdy fellow fossilers. I moved to Corpus 3 months ago with my wife and I've always loved hunting fossils across the US. Let me tell you, I can tell this is a great spot. I've seen Steve71's posts on mammoth teeth and Pleistocene bones, bison, mastodon, tapir, horse teeth etc. I'd really love to find some of those things and if anyone knows any pointers for stuff nearby (not by san antonio) I'd be forever in your gratitude. In the meantime, here are some photos of fossils I found roaming the beach at Port Aransas.

Please post examples of beautiful fossil teeth.

I know some of the members here, have some really nice looking teeth. I'll start the thread with a few teeth, most likely to be Goblin Shark Teeth; found in Brandon, MS in the late 1970s / early 1980s. I was out looking with my father, when he found them. -

Hello again! I really need some help with this: is this a fossil chili pepper? This beautiful fossil was found by my grandpa in the Carrière de Ciply, Belgium (website: http://www.cmpb.net/fr/ciply.php ); meaning it dates from the Maastrichtian stage of the late Cretaceous (68mya). Do you have any clue what this is? Thanks a lot, Max
