Have been talking the California Crossing lately thought I would take a look see. Have not been there in over a year. No insitu...forgot the camera again. First finds were as expected a few ammonite housing chambers a few baculites partials, the norm. Then I found the first crab. Notopocorystes Decurrens, then another. Wow I just got there...those two were the only ones..... One in good condition. Not much to look at still inside the matrix. Hummm looks like a "rock". Half way through the site I made my day. Nice Linuparus. Found several keeper ammonite partials and some multiple specimen stones, (Mixture of different species) Will take time to clean up the bulk of my picks and photograph later. Here is the Linu. Jess B.
